Hello!

If you don’t know already, we’re a wee family of five - Cam, Jade, and our little one’s Maia, Aila & Coen. Junk was born from our love of food, love for creating and most of all our love for indulging. What started as a wee recipe website during Covid, grew into our own little Street-food business, and now a few years later, we have the pleasure of looking after you lovely folks at Junk, Bar & Restaurant. Mental!

We do things a bit different at the Restaurant. Still a sophisticated take on Junk. Everything indulgent and not good for you, but sexier and more refined. Utilising our fine dining backgrounds but without the wank! Fresh seasonal produce, all made in house by our talented chefs using Scotland’s incredible larder. With an eclectic array of influences from the likes of Asia, America and Europe.
